Egg Foo Yong with Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS

  1. 6 pc eggs
  2. 2 cloves minced garlic
  3. 1 pc onion, sliced
  4. 1/4 kg chicken breast fillet , cut into strips
  5. 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Vinegar
  6. 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
  7. ½ pc each red and green bell pepper, sliced
  8. ½ tsp UFC Iodized Salt
  9. ¼ tsp UFC Ground Pepper
  10. 1 Tbsp sliced green onions
  11. ½ cup GOLDEN FIESTA Palm Oil

SAUCE :

  1. 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Oyster Sauce
  2. 1 Tbsp DATU PUTI Soy Sauce
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 1 Tbsp cornstarch , dissolved in ¼ cup water
  5. 1 tsp sesame oil

PROCEDURE

  • 1. Saute garlic, onion and chicken for 5 minutes.  Add Datu Puti Oyster Sauce, Datu Puti Soy Sauce , UFC Salt , UFC Pepper and bell peppers.  Cook for another 3 minutes.
  • 2. Beat eggs. Add chicken mixture .  Scoop every  ¼ cup and fry until golden .  Set aside.
  • 3. Combine ingredients for sauce.  Simmer  until thicken.  Pour over cooked eggs.
