Orange Chicken

A variation on the Chinese lemon chicken, this dish has become a recent family favorite with its sweet yet tart bite that coats each crispy bit of chicken.

    1Prepare Orange Chicken Sauce by combining water, orange juice concentrate, Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce, UFC Banana Catsup and brown sugar in a saucepan.

    3Cut chicken into 1” strips and roughly score each piece. Season the chicken with Datu Puti Fish Sauce.
