Embotido

Embotido is a holiday staple for a reason. Preparing this stuffed dish may take almost an hour, but its taste and aroma are worth every minute. You can surely attest to that! What makes the embotido extra special is its diverse ingredients. You can add or remove anything from the recipe except for the mainstays such as ground pork, eggs and the Golden Fiesta Oil.
